1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping will be introduced soon. Stay tuned for updates!

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges apply).
  • Remote locations may require extra time for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free on all orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
  • Express shipping charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your order through our website under the Track Order section.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

In rare cases where a package is lost in transit, please contact our support team at info@kumarikulture.com with your order details. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for reshipping.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our reach and will notify customers once this service is available.
